Hello, everyone!

Yes, you did read the subject line right. I am proud to present you with the first Zorlok update of the new year. Hope you enjoy it!

With code (since I can't separate code from my writing) Episode 1 is now at over 179k words. This update added around 93k. Altogether, the game is sitting at around 345k words (again, with code).

As always, let me know through an ask on Tumblr, the comments here, or a message in the Zorlok server if you come across any bugs or typos. I'll get to updating and fixing them as quickly as I can.

This is just the first update of the new year and I'm hoping to add to it soon with even more content. (Like maybe a few weeks from now? If that? I've been writing a lot and the only reason why this update isn't longer is because I need to code and test those parts more thoroughly.)

There's so much I'm eager to share with you about this story, this world, and these characters. I'm feeling really motivated, confident, and inspired. Barring anything unforeseen, this should be a fun year for Zorlok... *knocking on every piece of wood within reach*
